Local & Long‑Distance Removals and Deliveries

• Includes one helper for support during your move or Delivery

• Suitable for both local and long‑distance transport

• All items must be fully packed, prepared, and ready for loading at the scheduled time

• Accurate addresses, access details, and item lists must be provided at checkout to avoid delays or extra charges

• Items are handled with care throughout the journey

• Delivery is completed to the specified location according to your instructions

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee to cover allocated time and travel

• If we are unable to complete your Delivery Service due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost
