Self-Loading

Our Self‑Loading service includes one helper who supports you with lifting, securing items inside the van, and placing them safely at the delivery location. You are responsible for loading and unloading your own items, with the helper assisting where needed. This service is ideal for customers who prefer a lower‑cost option while still receiving professional support. Additional helpers can be arranged for an extra fee.

We provide both local and long‑distance removals and deliveries with one helper included. All items must be packed, prepared, and ready for loading at the scheduled time. To avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure accurate addresses, access details, and item lists are provided during checkout. Items are handled with care and delivered to the specified location according to your instructions.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee to cover allocated time and travel. If we are unable to complete your service due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
